Introduction

Exograd collects personal information. This document will help you understand which data we process and for what purpose.

Personal information

Visitors

Exograd collects information associated with the browsing of its websites by visitors, whether they are clients or not:

  • Source IP address.
  • Date and hour of the connection.

Clients

When you sign up for our services and during the provision of these services, Exograd collects several categories of data:

  • Organization identification: name of the company, postal address, email address, company identification number, VAT number…
  • Billing data: mode of payment, amount, date, hour and source of transactions…
  • Account identification: name, email address, password.
  • Account connections: client identifier, date and hour of connection, source IP address, web browser identifier.
  • Service usage: nature of the services being used, date and hour of access, usage statistics…

Data collected in this context are used to provide services subscribed by the client, to communicate with the client, for any operation associated with the billing of these services. Processing can be manual or automatic.

Exograd can also use these data to comply with legal obligations.

Data retention

Data collected from visitors on our websites are stored for one (1) year.

Data associated with the subscription and usage of the services can be stored for up to three (3) years after the termination of a client account. An exception is made for data retention required by public and governmental authorities: data collected for this purpose are stored for the legally required duration.

Data access

Data collected by Exograd are handled by its employees, subcontractors and partners to execute services you subscribed.

Subcontractors

OVH

Exograd hosts some of its computer systems at Vultr, and use them to store personal data.

Stripe

Exograd uses Stripe as payment services provider. Exograd communicates all identification and billing data required by Stripe to provide billing for the services subscribed by the client.

Mailchimp

Exograd uses Mailchimp as newsletter provider.

Communication

Essential emails

Exograd uses the contact email address provided by the client during sign up to send them any important information associated with its account, its use of the services or their billing.

This communication is essential to provide the services subscribed by the client and cannot be deactivated.

Optional emails

Exograd can use the contact email address to send commercial information to the client.

This communication is deactivated by default and can be activate during the creation of the client account. This option can be activated or deactivated at any moment in the management interface of the client account.

Exercise of rights

You can access, rectify or ask for suppression of any data associated with you by sending an e-mail at contact@exograd.com. You will be required to justify your identity.

Data required to provide the services you subscribed to and data necessary to comply with legal obligations may not be deleted.

Every request will be handled within thirty (30) calendar days.

In the absence of a satisfactory response, you can submit a complaint to the french “Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés” (CNIL).
